Let's make unhealthy decisions. Get a fresh can of bacon spam. We're going to need a couple of slices of that goodness. It doesn't want to come out very easily. So, we're going to grab our knife. the butter knife and kind of loosen that up just a bit. You know, I don't want to come out, do it. Go all the way around with it. Then I'm going to be attempting a really nice looking pushto sandwich with ranch and a tons of goodies. We need about four slices of that bacon flavored spam. Put the rest back in the can. Stick the can back in the fridge. Break that in half so it doesn't stick to the can. Next, we need to get our mozzarella prepared for our sandwich. We got a fresh ball mozzarella from the store. Little Gooiesio. I'm not sure how you pronounce it, but I'm butchering the name, but open it. Dump the liquid out of the packaging. And then get two thick chunks of that mozzarella onto a separate plate. You want to fry up some bacon and we'll be on our way to making a delicious sandwich. That's a lot of liquid. Try to keep the packaging intact, but that's not going to happen. No worries. And take that fresh mozzarella ball and slice that. fresh MS as fresh as I can get at least. I'm just going to slice into chunks and use the two best looking ones. Now, one slice to try. Yeah, that's a nice mozzarella. Put this back in the fridge. We're going to definitely need our olive oil infused mayonnaise. Now, for our next step, we're going to turn on the stove to about a six medium. We got our fresh mozzarella sliced. Two beautiful slices. Our spam is sliced up. FS of spam. I have three or four fry ups of bacon. We're using cherrywood thick cuts. We take two pieces of our thick cut bacon and tear them in half to make four smaller pieces. And we're going to layer it into our [Music] pan like so. And then we're going to wash our hands real quick like and throw in some butter or butter spread. Going to open this door. So I try not to make too much of a contaminate here. Cooking up this baby ain't going to take too long now, YouTube. So, what we're going to do next to our pan of bacon, we're going to open up a crushed thing of Country Croc original bread. freshly opened. Take a knife they used to cut the cheese and the spam and throw just a couple scoops in there. Just like that. Throw it in extra because we're also going to fry the spam up in the bacon grease and I think that'll be just magnificent. Wipe the knife off the butter there. We're good to go on that. We're not going to need any more butter after this. That's enough country cross. So, go ahead and put that back in here. Get that pan nice and greasy. We're going to fry up that bacon. And we're going to stack it on top of our plate. We're going to fry the spam up and our bacon and butter grease. Butter squirt grease. Last time I make an unhealthy decision, I wasn't lying. This hot recipe is not hard healthy. No one's calorie friendly, but is it delicious? You bet your sweet ass burgers. I don't claim to be an authentic chef. I just like to cook what I like to cook. And uh you know, it's just I cook what I like to cook and people like watching me do it. If we don't like washing it, then kiss my assh, you know. Don't want to overcook the bacon. And I like mine a little bit on the chewy side. Don't want to undercook it. All the country crocs are going to melt all over that butter. Oh, that is just sexy. [Music] It's going to piss the vegans off. I bet it will. I got to give you a closeup of that flip side. Check out the flip side of that bacon. We're looking golden. But I'm going to scoot these freshly sliced spam over to the uh the cheese here so we can make room for our bacon. Got a little bit of spam grease on it, but I don't think that's going to matter at this [ __ ] point. Like what happens when Koba gets a little bit drunken, so I said, I'm going to make a sandwich. I'm going to make a push sandwich and it's going to be so [ __ ] good. Bacon's just about done, man. I flipped that. And I'm like, man, that's looking good. It's fully cooked. It's not too crispy, but it's not too chewy, you know? Give one more flip. Let each piece drain all that grease. Now I'll stack the bacon relatively on top of each other for the most part. Now this bacon that we're making is going on the pushto sandwich. And a little bit of that bacon grease gets on there. [ __ ] it. A little bit longer. Last piece. How the other pieces looking piece still looking good. It's very important you don't want to undercook your bacon cuz if you do that, you can get real sick. I got this fresh grease, bacon grease and like butter and what have you. That is cooked. Time to throw the uh fried spam into that grease pan right there with all the grease. And before we assemble this sandwich completely, I want to make sure that our bacon and our spam is cooled off because we don't want to be piping hot. But at the same time, we don't want it to be want to be cold. I'm not going to worry about seasoning as far as that goes because we're going to save that for our top bun. And the sandwich bread we'll be using for our sandwich is some Sweetheart sandwich bread. Just the blue kind, whatever that kind is. White bread basically. That's going to take the least amount of time. We stick that bread in the toaster and toast it up. And last s toasty. I want to let that spam cook up. And then we're going to pile the spam up next to that bacon. Like bacon flavored spam with bacon and then like bacon bits incorporated into the ranch mixture on top. We can make this work. This is coming together nicely, nice and smooth. Maybe throwing a little bit of that extra hot horser for heat. YouTube, what's up? Oh [ __ ] Phone camera. Fried bacon. [Music] Spam. Since my last become watching Cobra fry up spam in a pan. W the smell is coming off in the air of bacon and the smell of fried spam. It's a wonderful scent. All that grease coming off that spam and that butter. Spray. Good lord. This is unhealthy as [ __ ] Yes, sir. YouTube. That's looking and some of my delicious. I gave them spam pieces a flip. They're starting to get a little toasty. We don't want them too toasty now. Before I start to assemble the bloody sandwich, I want to make sure that the uh bacon and the spam are cooled off. So, we'll save toasting the bread and assembling the sandwich for last because it'll require the least amount of steps. So, part one of this sandwich video is frying up spam, frying up bacon, slicing, cutting the cheese. Making a pushcuto sandwich. Yes, please. Last time I made a pushto sandwich, I put gummy snakes on it. And, you know, I had to piss off the internet. That's exactly why I did it. You know how else we can piss off the internet? I just realized I'm kind of thirsty, YouTube. So, you know what I want to do? I'm going to take Sprite and Seven Up and I want to mix them together in the same goddamn glass. You bastard. You would not care to mix Sprite and Seven Up in the same glass. Better not mix seven of the Sprite in the same glass, boy. to give that spam a flip. That splash made of grease. I [ __ ] stung like a [ __ ] Be careful with this [ __ ] Not quite ready yet. goes First we ready to flip because they got a nice golden brown on top. They're a little still a little soft but a little chewy. You know, they're not chew fried. Guess it's a personal preference. How how fried do you want your spam? And uh I don't think it really [ __ ] matters as long as you're eating spam. Uh, I am a fan of the spam. You can see these first three are like nice and crispy, golden brown. And that one's getting there. The first two pieces are done. These next two are about to be done. And when I mean like probably like golden, you know what I'm saying? Like I'll show you one time real quick. Check this out, dudes. Look at that. See that? Bacon and fried spam on on top of each other. All that grease is going to melt into itself. You're going to want to stack the bacon before you stack the spam. See? So that's how we're going to do that. That'll be for the sandwich assembly. I got some other ingredients I'm going to add to it possibly. Yes. One little piece left to fry up. Fried spam, bacon, fresh moths, bacon ranch, pushcido, magical combo, onions, horsey hot sauce, the olive oil, mayo, some bacon bits, maybe some toast. Turn the stove off. That's pretty much [ __ ] done. Yeah, that's looking pretty good on both sides. Not too fried. Oh, greasy as a [ __ ] Just going to bring the plate over here so you don't try not to get too much grease all over the stove here. Oh, look at that. Fresh deep fried spam fried in country croc original and bacon grease. It doesn't get more American than this, folks. Look at that. That is just [ __ ] beautiful. So, part two, we're going to assemble it to show you how I do that. I might add more sauces. I might change my recipe. Who knows? That took like 25 minutes. Let me give it like a couple of cool off when I upload this video.
