We're going to make some [ __ ] dank ass meat goodness. Got our pan. We got our gas stove. I don't have any bread to make this into a complete sandwich, but I digress. I'm going to take this beef. This is literally This is called 80% lean, 20% fat. Yeah, this is the good stuff. and we're going to scrape all the beef top. A little bit tipsy, but that's all right. We're going to make some beef goodness. Put this back into our gors. Put that in the pan. Now we're going to hit that beef up. See that beef right here? If you want to turn that on, still going to an a decent heat. We're going to add some like seasoning to our beef. I call it my magical seasoning. garlic salt, onion powder, cilantro, and black pepper. Let's see on one side of it. Add all kind of dankness to this. Sorry hitting hitting that, you know, hitting that side with a little bit of [Music] seasoning. A little bit of seasoning for our beef. Some MSG in there. Garos package deal. That's a good amount of seasoning. The cheese I'm using is pepper jack habanero jalapenos sento sango. Now I take a little bit of this butter for almost cooking this beef and tank. It's butter knife. Oh, come on. Get off a smelly little wank. Keep that butter on hand. You might never know when you may need it. So like there it is. I want to cook that on a gas stove. Oh, look at that. Cooking some beef. All right. I'll put the seasoning on that. The butter going to be delicious. I got this bacon I want to cook in all the grease of the meats that I cooked before it. This is like seriously good bacon, too. It's like cherrywood smoked thick thick cut bacon with black label. We got a couple of pieces on standby cuz we're going to pile this beef with some bacon and some cheese and we're going to make it delicious. That butter is starting to melt. All the seasoning I'm going to put on that. I want to flip it when that bottom side gets a nice crust. Got a bottle that lime. Bottle that lime. Oh [ __ ] A little bit of beer. You pour a little bit of beer in there with that melted butter that seasoning. Oh, that's going to give it a little tang. YouTube, I poured this just a little bit of this into there. Yes, sir. Just a little splash to give you a kick, you know. Take out Jack Daniels honey barbecue sauce. This stuff is sinful. Okay. I want to pour a little bit. Yeah. I'll hold the top. Get out of there. Got to check in sauce. Oh, wait. Let's take this peppered horseeradish. See that? There's delightful. We're going to add just a couple of fork and fork a little bit on top. Just like that. That's perfect. Mhm. Just a little bit of flavor. Oh yeah, look at that. Look at that success. I am going to flip it and grill all that horseradish and everything in there. Just chilling doing my thing. Make some grub. All the grease that I make from this is going to go into the bacon for the burger patty. Yeehaw. Hang on. I dropped the phone. Putting it on eight or nine, the highest setting gets to cook the fastest. So, we're going to flip it. I just do like a little sprinkle, maybe a little [Music] seasoning, onion powder. Garlic salt, cilantro, then some black pepper. It's got plenty of beer in there. It's got plenty of grease. What can we add to this that would make this burger patty so [ __ ] good? Well, for grilling it on the seasoning side, both sides, we should probably hit it with some of the Jack Daniels barbecue sauce. Oh, that's sexy. Yes. Just got plenty of grease in the pan. You know what I'm saying? So, it's like let it cook and do its thing and like all the flavors cook into the beef. They want to cook the bacon and, you know, tear it in half, make it fit the pan. do our thing. Put on top of the burger and layer it with cheese, bacon, and cheese and microwave so the cheese gets nice and melted. Go to flip. Oh [ __ ] Oh, shaking it up for us, but they we got it quick. Maybe I'm a crazy bastard. Plus the one St. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce. My favorite hot sauce. Not a sponsor. Throw a little bit on top. Some heat. Both sides. Now that [ __ ] hot sauce is going to be like super dank, you know, flavors, everything. Let's take our Serenget pepper jack jalapeno habanero cheese and we're going to put it on top of said burger meat YouTube cooking some dankness, man. Turn this down to a simmer. Turn it down to about two. Get a nice little simmer on it. I can smell the greasy meat being cooked and it smells helliously dank. I'll take this habanero jalapeno pepper jack cheese. And I'm sorry I not got a bun till I cook it up on. You know, not going to lie, tax season has been a little rough for you, boy. You know how it goes, man. You lie to the government. It's treason, but they lie to you on tax season. And they're like, "Yo, I just supposed to take it and deal with it." Yeah. I want to put some of this uh pepper jack habanero jalapeno cheese on top. Mhm. Put some bacon on top of that and some more cheese on top of that. Oh, look. Look at that. We'll let that cool off just a bit cuz we're going to plate it and we're going to add some bacon to it. Then we're going to microwave it. Yes, sir. Get all that cheese nice and melted. Let it cool off. Dankness for your face. All right. So, we need [Music] to we need to uh cook some bacon up for this burger. And holy [ __ ] yes. Let's throw that that chunk of butter in there. Does that thing have enough grease in it? Go [ __ ] yourself. That's enough bacon. Yeah, bacon butter grease. Whatever. That that butter is going to melt in the pan. I'll create a nice sauté. I hit it with that bottle that lime. Enough of that nonsense. All right, so now we need our bacon. This cherrywood thick cut bacon from Black Label. Fantastic. Look, that's actually the perfect amount for our burger. Just two thick cut slices. and tam in half. And we're going to put them in the pan with all that flavoring, all that beef, all that grease. Oh, yes. YouTube, I rest my case. Let me uh wash my hands real quick because uh Oh yeah, we're cooking some bacon. Let's turn that up to uh back to eight. You know, I don't want to keep you hanging too long cuz you're like, you know what I'm saying? You're like, Cobra, we get it. Now, this bacon is going to be layered. YouTube, too. Let's make sure the video is still going. Excellent. I cook this bacon up nice and chewy, fully cooked. It's going to be placed on top of here with more of that cheese. this cheese to be exact. Then I want to throw it in that thing right there and be like get the cheese all nice and gooey ooey melted all over the bacon. Then I'm going to let it cool off. You don't like cobra's foot ax. Don't watch. Oh, king cobra. What's up? You know how to make dang food. was was really good. Like, okay, seriously, the bacon. Like, it smells so dank cuz when you're flipping the burger and like that grease mixes with the sauces, the patty's cooked to like a nice juicy. Okay, that that's looking good. But we can like layer it and like treat ourselves like Okay, I get the point. you're [ __ ] drinking beer and whatever else. I was like, I got to be like anyone, man. I'm going to take these bacon strips and flip it. There we go. Got my trusty spatula. I like my bacon a little chewy. Just the slightest crisp on the edge. Of course, if you like to cook bacon a certain way, you just cook it the way you want to cook it. Cuz right now I'm cooking that bacon. All that beef grease. Beef grease from that monster. Oh, look at that. Cooking beer and bacon in the same pot. It is a glorious thing. So, like when the bacon gets just the right amount of, you know, I got the gas stove turn on eight, look out. People are like, "Oh, Cobra's too stupid to wipe his own ass." I'm like, "Really? You're too stupid to leave Cobra alone." Oh, look at that bacon. Look at that beer. Look at that cheese I want to put on top of the bacon. Oh, that's good. YouTube. [Applause] YouTube sip beer. Yeah. Let's sit here and make this bacon. That bacon smells intoxicating. You too. If you're cooking it in beer and butter, of course, it's going to be delicious. You add the magical combination of seasoning. Just trying to make sure that the bacon gets cooked in the sauce that I provided for it henceforth all that beef grease. Oh, you little [ __ ] Oh, it doesn't want to flip. That's all right. And we'll get it to flip. There we go. The bacon being cooked in this barbecue and hot sauce combo is smelling really good. And it's just a little bit from the beef patty as we've demonstrated before. Part one's going to be like me making it. Part two is going to be me trying it. Look at that bacon. Not sure on the camera angle, but I want to wash this bacon like a hawk cuz once it's perfectly cooked. I like my bacon a little bit chewy and fully cooked just barely. You know, I can [ __ ] with crispy bacon, but I prefer my bacon to be a little bit chewier. You know, like it's not a major complaint. You all like your bacon the way you want to like it. You like bacon. That's the point in the first place. Like, oh my god, the smell of this bacon is just making my mouth water. That coy to cook on his gas powered stove. It's like, go [ __ ] yourself. I highly doubt the lime beer will do anything for the flavor. I want to flip. Yeah, there you go. It It can be a little tricky, but you're just going to flip the bacon. Oh, yeah. Splattering grease all over the place. It's bloody good. That's the joy of cooking, I would suppose. You [ __ ] [ __ ] That last little piece wants to be a stinker. There it goes. I flipped it. Excellent. Excellent. You get fully cooked pork. Like that's thing of it. You fry bacon and butter and beer. You have no idea what you're missing out on. You take your favorite beer and some delicious meats. And you cook it and fry it in the in this goodness. YouTube, too. It's extra on heart healthy. But oh my god, is it good. It's just one of those things, you know. This is looking fully cooked. Let it go for a little bit longer. Like it's barely fully cooked. It's nice and chewy. That's kind of how I like my bacon. I know it's cooked like to me. big. It should be have a little bit of crispiness on the edge. This got a little bit of crispyness on the edge. I'm not going to [ __ ] All right, dude. I got to cook up some bacon for this insanely awesome food hack. I don't have hamburger buns, but they did use like Texas toast or whatever, you know? But [ __ ] I got some beef in my fridge. I got some bacon in my fridge. You know what I'm saying? Like throw it together and pour a [Music] splash. Pour a splash in there. Do I got something for the homies? Like, okay, yes, I poured a splash in there. Who cares? This bacon, grease, like everything, you know, it's smelling quite delicious to be honest with you. And when you're cooking like greasy ass food, your stove going to get messy. So, I got a towel here. [Music] Yeah. All right. It's getting a little pudgy with There we are. That bacon is perfectly cooked. Going to bring that down to a nice low heat. It's a bit crispy on other side. You know, the bacon's looking good. I'm watching it like a bloody honk. Like, oh, who cares? Cobra, give us give us the food, glorious bastard. All right. Take this hot iron skillet. Good [ __ ] Yeah. And I'm going to plate the bacon onto our beef. This bacon is extremely hot and I don't want to burn my hands. So, I'm definitely using the spatula. Oh, you little Oh, [ __ ] I felt the grease hit my feet. You little piece of it wants to be You know what? Screw this. Hot [ __ ] [ __ ] That is hot. That's fresh candy butter. Buttered bacon. Oh, you use slot. Don't give a [ __ ] how it's placed. Let's just throw it on there. Put that up and continue with our schedule programming. Okay. So, now we're going to take some of this uh cheese that we have here. This Sarangto pepper jackalapo habanero cheese. That's some good looking cheese. I would know because I love cheese. I'm a cracker. Yes, please. And we're just going to plate it on top of sip bacon. And like I take the cheese off periodically and I let it like defrost completely. You know what I'm saying? So like it come off in like chunks kind of thing. That doesn't mean we can't make a delicious food hack and I'm going to [ __ ] throw it on there. I'm going to [ __ ] Oh yeah. Throw that cheese on it. Excellent. I'm going to prove myself to nothing. Cobra makes some pretty decent food, man. I know I'm not going to do [ __ ] but okay. The last two sections are falling apart. Wow. I let the cheese freeze in my fridge. It's coming up on like chalks and you know I feel like that's quite a bit. The cheese doesn't want to stay on. I don't want to just throw like anything away, you know. Let's get all the cheese off the That's a lot of cheese to let go of waste. I think I'm going to have some of that sharing ghetto makes really good cheese. Sarang ghetto pepper jack pino cheese. scubing up the scraps from the grease on the plate. Yes, please. Make sure I get every last bit of cheese on there. You don't want to waste good cheese and ser makes good cheese. YouTube I have crafted something beautiful. Now we're going to microwave that melted cheese on regular 2 to 4 minutes in the nuke station. You know what's up. This is a [ __ ] almost hourong cooking video. It's like, oh my [Music] god, 2 minutes. Once that cheese starts to melt, let it cool off and I'm going to post part one of the video. All he does is use a microwave. It's like, "Shut up.
