Yo, check it YouTube. That ramen noodle food act is pretty [ __ ] banging some. But we're about to make some bomb ass meat. It's your boy back at it with another video. Just sitting here munching all my ramen in the food hack. The four meats in that with the spices and I add in the seasoning. Oh, that is fire, son. Going to take an entire bag of Wither's original chewy caramels. I unwrapped all of them in the pack. Wrap free. Stick them in the jar. Now, the next thing we're going to do is we're going to make We're going to make this happen. Captain, like I said, original caramels. Take our pure cane sugar. Need about two cups of that. So, I did an entire bag of these chewy caramel candies. Two cups of sugar that about drain the box. That did not take long. Store this up. Now, we need top of our caramel candies and our two cups of sugar. We're going to need some local and unfiltered honey. And while I'm making uh some apple silk meat, I'm going to be drinking a bud line. Making slashdrinking alcohol for 21 and up. They out of the royal gala apples. So, I used organic galas instead. I don't think it'll make that much of a difference. This is our local and raw unfiltered honey from Colorado. Now, we're going to dump the entire thing. Oh, yeah. Pop that right off. That's good honey. We're going to pour the entire thing of honey into the jar with the caramels and the sugar. If there's any excess in there, we'll just take a little bit of water and swish it around the bottle and clean out as much as we can. Now, I am going to need to pour a little bit of our main ingredients in there to stir this around because this this honey and sugar and you know, I try to like dissolve it a little bit in the apple juice. It makes for a nicer mix, I would think. Now, have I made homemade hooch before? Yes, I have. And every time I had a good batch, it was usually with my apple silk meat. So, pretty straightforward, man. We're going to And the juice we're going to make it out of is Mottz 100% apple juice. So, you know, it's the good [ __ ] You don't want no preservatives or high fructose corn syrups when making I can't remember the last time I [ __ ] made a batch of meat, you know, and I've been wanting to make one for ages, but that Halloween batch that I did last year was so terrible. I was just like gh. So, we'll see how this one goes. Just a little bit of water right there to that point. And we're going to go ahead and shake that water up with the honey in there. And we're going to pour it in there just so we don't waste any of the honey that we're using for our meat. Go and dump that in there. It's pretty cleaned out. You know that local raw unfiltered raw unfiltered honeys where it's at. Where's the original caramel chewy candies? And of course, we're going to need, excuse me, talking birch. A splash of this juice. I'm going to pour just a little bit in the bottom so we can dissolve the sugar and the honey, you know. And this going to be the base of our [ __ ] me is this no sugar added 100% mozza juice. I mean, making homemade wine is pretty basic [ __ ] you know. Now, this spoon has seen every batch of meat that I've made. And the thing of it is when I go to leave, you know, the apple chunks in here like I do, I want to only leave them in there for 12 to 13 days. They want to take them out. And by taking it out, you want to filter. You know what I'm saying? Like you filter the liquid from this jar into a clean jar, so to speak. After about 12 days. Yeah. After about [ __ ] 12 days of this [ __ ] you want to filter out the apples and stuff. And right now, those caramel candies are going to dissolve into the me. So, when I go to filter it in like 12 to 13 days, all of the [ __ ] caramel will be dissolved in the liquid and what have you. Now, let's be preach about this, of course, but here's thing of it. My autistic ass is not responsible if you get grounded because your ass gets caught making homemade hoot. You know what I'm saying? Why? This is a very cheap and easy way to make homemade alcohol. That's why I'm doing it. And I haven't made haven't made a jar of meat in quite some time. And meat is basically honey wine. So, it's all come together pretty smoothly. We got the stickers off the apples. Now, with these [ __ ] apples, I'm just going to cut them in half. [ __ ] it. Stickers are off. Was my fingers and I cut them in half like into like, you know, like that. Just drop them into the jar, man. And we're going to do that with both of these apples. Going to cut them in half. Oh, just like that. Beautiful. And I cut these little slices into into easier to manage chunks. Now, when you're making uh homemade alcohol, it's important that you want to give your yeast a healthy, you know, say environment to breathe. And thus far, this is actually beautiful cuz what's going to happen is the yeast that I pour in here is going to go ham on that raw fruit and all the honey and the caramel, you know? It's [ __ ] going to be beautiful. I mean, you see me making it here, you know. down. Let's add some more of that M 100% juice because for the next 12 to 13 days, the apple in this mead will give the yeast a proper send off. It will I mean, yeah, we could do a little bit more ye before we pour the yeast in there, we could do a little bit more apple juice in there. Just a little bit more. This is why I bought two two jugs. Better to have it, not need it, and to eat it, not have it, you know, kind of thing. And uh yeah, do make homemade alcohol at your own [ __ ] convenience. Yeah, let's crack open another MS. Just a little bit more. I don't want to do too much. You don't want to do too much cuz you want to [ __ ] leave some room at the top because when you're [ __ ] mixing in the goddamn uh yeast, it gets all foamy, you know, and then then it gets into your [ __ ] air lock and it's a pain in the ass and you know, so I'm thinking this is looking pretty nice. Oh, [ __ ] hell. What's up? I'm thinking this is looking pretty [ __ ] sweet, you two. This will make for a nice base for some apple silk meat. You see the caramels and sugar and the honey at the bottom. Although it's going to [ __ ] dissolve and you're giving it real fruit instead of just sugar and processed, you know. There's the moss that I'm using. Enjoying some of that delicious ramen food hack I had earlier that I did. It's [ __ ] bloody good. It's got four meats. Yeah, it's delicious. Anyways, YouTube, I have this fruit turbo yeast. This is some of the yeast my YouTube fans have sent me. I've made wine before, so I know what I'm doing to a point. And uh I'm going to pour this a little scoop of this 18%. So, by the time the wine gets done making, it should be a a bloody 18%. So, we'll grab our cup. You don't need a whole bloody cup of the yeast, mind you. You really don't need a whole [ __ ] cup of it. Just enough. Just a [ __ ] Yeah, that should do it. I got this turbo yeast right there. Look at that. That's That should be enough yeast to [ __ ] do the trick. Oh yeah, I poured a little bit in there. Here comes a lot of people's favorite [ __ ] parts, you know. Pouring that yeast right into our homemade meat jar. Look at that. I haven't made meat in a hot minute. Now I want to take that. Yeah, that thing. I'm going to [ __ ] start around. One second. I'm going to take all that yeast and just kind of stir it around with the fruit. Now, the idea, YouTube, after we do this and we get it all jarred up, ready to go was going to we're going to let this me rest for 12 to 13 days to allow the fruits and the juice and everything to just do its thing. That'll allow the caramels to melt. And uh we're going to let this age. Let's throw this up here. There we go. Yeah, there we go. Beautiful. Yeah, that's going to make for some [ __ ] fantastic meat, man. I want to put the yeast and the spoon up and then we're going to cap it. I haven't made a jar of me in god knows how long. So I'm like, yeah, you know what time I did that. And you want to have like a way to like for your thing to burp because all that yeast is going to foam up. See, I left a little bit of room at the top for it to burp a little bit. You know, I didn't like completely fill it. Put this in the sink. And we have officially one jar of a silk me being brewed. Now, you want to let this sit for like 12 days. And then you want to take and filter out all the fruit that's in there and just drain the liquid that's been mixed with the sugar, the honey, and the caramel chewy candies. And then after you filter this into a clean jar, you let it sit for another month and then you have alcohol basically. I mean, it's not that difficult. But the YouTube fans have been like, "When's Cobra going to do another batch of meat? I think that needs some water inside of it because that's Yeah. Hold up one second. That's the only thing we're missing. YouTube, pour a little bit of water in there. A little bit of cold water into the filter. I put a little bit of water into the filter because it makes it when one starts to percolate the goddamn levels will and the filter will do their thing. They'll like rise and lower and such. But yeah, that's basically what it takes to make. Now, here's the thing of it. Making your own homemade wine is fun, rewarding, but it is for 21 and up. And YouTube, I'm not responsible if your ass gets caught trying to make some hooch when you're not old enough to drink. You dig? On top of that, you can also get severely sick from making this. I've been making homemade wine for a couple years now and I haven't made a batch in a hot minute. But I've never gotten sick off a single batch that I've tried. So, I'm pretty happy with that. And the reason why I didn't fill this jar completely full is because you want to leave some room at the top because that's that [ __ ] wine making yeast is going to make it foam up. That's 18% turbo yeast. And that's basically our jar of wine. So, you want to watch it and hopefully that foam doesn't get too big and go into that. If the foam goes into our air lock, I'm not really that worried about it to be honest. But I am going to be putting some close eyes on this and just making sure it don't leak all over the place. But yeah, that's some apple silk me. I want to put this mother on the on our shelf. [ __ ] beautiful. You two, we got ourselves a sh [ __ ] need, you know. Now, they didn't have the Royal Gala apples that I normally use for this occasion, but they did have organic GMA apples. Not as different string of the uh GMA species of apple, I would expect, but yeah, YouTube. I mean, I haven't made a jar of meat in god knows how long, and I've been wanting to make some, and I'm like, well, let's just do it tonight, you know, celebrate getting the YouTube channel back, slaying trolls. sling sickos, you know, just doing our thing, man. And I'll drink to that. Making your own alcohol is not that time consuming. But if you can't [ __ ] get an air lock, take like a plastic pop bottle, like a 2 L, drill a hole in the in the cap, and then use a uh party balloon and a little bit of tape. So that way the gases have a place to escape. Cuz that's the whole point of burping your homemade [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? Like if you're going to make homemade hooch, them gas is going to need to burp. That foam when it builds up, it'll build up. And if it goes over the side of it a little bit, it's all good. But that's how you make some goddamn apple silk mead. It's a honey apple me. Mead is basically honey and wine. It's a honey wine. Pretty easy to make. Pretty straightforward. We watching that [ __ ] goddamn meat like a goddamn mother and m yummy ramen.
