What up you two, someone make me a burger here real quick. The cheese on my cheese burger we got, Colby Jack. Now, the first thing I want to do is, I definitely need to do dishes later on, but I'm going to have a plate that I can set my burger on. Oh wait, that plate will do just fine. Okay. Second thing I do, wraps and buns. I could use this one, but I want to use two slices of bread right here. All right, so check this out. Yes, my stove is a little bit dirty and yes, the pan is a little bit greasy, but you know what, I'm a bachelor, so I'll fudge it. I'll try to heat on to seven. And then we want to take, oh, set the camera up here right here, just like that. First thing we're going to do is we're going to toast up our sandwich bun here. We'll take some tonis and season both sides of them. Okay. All right, there you can see I got both sides seasoned. Okay, just like that. Now, what I'm going to do first is toast the sandwich up on the bread side first. And then after I toast the sandwich up on the bread side, they want to cook our patties and melt the cheese on them. Get these patties ready. Now, you're going to end up putting tonis on both sides of these patties, but this will make the process go a little bit quicker if you just pre-season it. Yeah, let's still use that. All's doing that. Doing one about curly fries on the burger, yes. We're going to have to use a separate plate for those. Now, I don't want these to get too toasted. So, you don't want your burger when you're making it. Look at that. People, that is how you toast your sandwich bread right there. That's nice and toasted. The fries for our burger. We'll do it two way to burst there. Okay. Alright, both sides are toasted. Alright, so now I want to cook our patties up real quick. Now, that still looks nice and heated up. Put the patty down on the side of the ice seasoned. Now, you see that I put the patty down on the seasoned side and then that seasoned up. Let's keep the camera here or with your thigh. Yeah. I'll put a little bit of crust off that bread. That is toasted to a perfect strong. I like my meat a little bit rare in the middle so it won't take too long. So, when you're flipping it YouTube, keep as close to the pan as you possibly can when you flip it. And the reason being, you keep that patty, you keep that burger patty as close to the pan as you possibly can when you flip it. Make sure you avoid getting grease all over your stove time. Yeah. The arbe is curly for as you're done. Oh. Alright. I'm going to turn the stove up now. We're at seven. I was going to turn the stove up but I'm not going to turn the stove up. I'm not going to leave it at seven. Normally my stove looks ten times worse when I cut the burger's butt. You want to minimize the mess on your stove when you're making greasy burgers. Keep that burger patty as low as the pan as you possibly can. Alright. I'm going to see if the rest of these curly fries are going to be better. I'm going to put a couple more. I'm going to take it to a little bit darker on both sides before I add cheese. Alright. Alright. I'm going to take the cheese and shred it up so we can make it fit on this patty a little bit easier. Just like that. Alright. Our first patty is done. I'll cook up our second patty here. And again you see that the light seasoning this burger is almost done. It's got really one more patty to go. And then put it at some curly fries too. Maybe a little bit of ranch and hops on. Alright. Now you know what, pocket YouTube will make more curly fries. And you know what, pocket YouTube will make more curly fries. And then you know what, pocket YouTube will make more curly fries. And then you know what, pocket YouTube will make more curly fries. And then you know what, pocket YouTube will make more curly fries. Two minutes for those. There we go. Alright. Alright. This patty is ready for some choux. Just like that. Yep, that patty is good. Alright. Turn the stove off. Let that cool down. Now I will, yeah, let's take our ingredients over here. Now, staff I'm working on right there. We'll have a couple things over here. Alright. Don't that look good. It does. Let's take all these curly fries, all these greasy, delicious curly fries. And pile them up on there just like that. Alright. Now they got our curly fries on there. Let's see what we can use for hot sauce. Now we got different options here. Let's use some big, adeleg pepper sauce. And a habanero, a jalapeno. And some rich. Alright. So, let's see if it's got the camera down here. Just like that. The sonic detail, let me grab that one. Oh. Habanero, here we go. So, we'll take all of our habanero sauce for a cat full of habanero sauce on there, just like that. Do a cat full of this spicy jalapeno. And some of this pre-most peppers, bayodellic. This stuff is no longer in production, so. Does this smell that bad? The two of us plan to show them they're just like that. Well, add one more hot sauce to it, exotic detail. Alright, how all these hot sauce to smell on this burger combined? Let's see. It does smell spicy, but it's not overpowering. Alright, so now I want to take a little bit of this here. I'm going to flip it around. Just a little bit on that side like that. There's all the hot sauce on there with the cheese and the curly fries. And it takes a while to throw something together like this, but there you go. A scoop of four levels like that. I'll put this in the microwave for about 20 seconds to melt the cheese a little bit. And put the ranch back on around it. I'm going to take this beautiful creation with a microwave for 20 seconds. That'll give the chance for the cheese to melt and get just a little bit gooey. There it is in there. And a time cook. 20 seconds. Just a little bit. There we go. 20 seconds is perfect. I'm not sure what to call this burger YouTube, but I definitely call it a burger. I know you can hear it, but check us out. I know my fans have been asking for a cooking video. All there you go. A nice 24 minute cooking video. Let's hit this down over here. It's like I set the camera down. Just like right here will be good. Alright, let's stop YouTube. I got the phone camera set down. I get to attack them dishes here in a bit, but stop by and make this video real quick. Curly fries, cheese, grease, all kinds of goodness. Yeah. Alright, you're all right. Let's see how I did on this burger. It's a hefty son of a bitch. Like that burger is not that spicy. There is a little bit of kick to it, but for me it's my old. Oh yeah, look at that cross section. That is beautiful. You know you want to bite. You know you want to bite. Mmm. I wasn't quite how I made the burger that I ate in my last video, but minus the hot sauces. And the style of bun that I used in the curly fries, everything else was pretty much just like the burger I made in my last video. But that was eating. There we go. It takes you a minute for that heat of that hot sauce combination to creep up on you. Oh yeah, it's definitely there. Mmm. Mmm. That is a good burger. I get spicy, but it's not overdone. Got a nice little kick to it, but it's not like, oh, got my mouth, you know what I'm saying. Yeah. One second. Mmm. Well, I had to wash my plate off in the course, wash my hands. Oh, as you saw that burger didn't take too long to cook up. Twenty-four minutes later, you got yourself a delicious sandwich. Well, I saw the amount of likes that I got when I was eating that burger. And to be fair, it's been a while since my fans have had a cooking video. We'll head and wash that down with some delicious cold coffee. I made a pot of death wish coffee from yesterday. And if I don't want to drink the whole pot in one day, I'll have some for the next day. Mmm.
